Rm99 was born from a passion to give Malaysian players an honest, safe, and enjoyable online gaming experience. We're more than a platform — we're a community of players united by one goal: play with confidence and win with joy.
From a small but dedicated team, rm99 has grown into one of the most trusted names in Malaysia's online casino industry, with over 500,000 active members who continue to place their trust in us every day.
Rm99 was founded in 2018 by a group of individuals with a deep passion for the digital entertainment industry and financial technology. They identified a significant gap in the Malaysian market — many local players wanted a platform that was easy to use, secure, and respectful of user rights, yet the options available at the time were largely characterised by clunky interfaces or slow withdrawal processes.
From there, rm99 was built on three core pillars: player security, ease of use and game fairness. Every product decision, every new feature, and every service policy is always filtered through three questions — is it safe for players? Is it easy to use? Is it fair?
Today, rm99 operates with a team of over 200 people comprising software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, player account managers, fraud investigators, and customer support agents working 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is not a company managed from afar — we are here, on Malaysia time, to ensure every experience you have with rm99 is a positive one.
Rm99 also maintains close partnerships with world-class game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Microgaming, and many more. This ensures rm99 players always have access to the latest and greatest titles in the industry, with transparent, independently verified RTP (Return to Player) rates.
